Yes, Nikon as in the camera brand. World is past apocalypse enough they remember brand names from what’s left, but not what they were so they just assumed they’re old world traditional people names so it;s not uncommon to find people named like Pepsi or Sony and I’m going to get my ass sued but whatever lol.  Evlyn I’m totally kinda basing off my kid, and Denver is the name the rescue gave my dog before we adopted him. :3
